- Hilly landscapes, forest tracks and overland trails
- Clay, sand up to deep sand, gravel and stony sections
- Uphill and downhill sections of varying difficulty
- Tricky sections can usually be bypassed
- Standard fuel tanks are sufficient; we usually refuel every 80–110 km
